In general, plants need nitrogen, phosphorus, and potassium to grow. Without a sufficient amount of any of these nutrients, a plant will fail.

Nitrogen is the main responsible for the vegetative growth of plants and improves root structures. Phosphorus is essential for pre-flowering, setting and the initial formation of the fruit. Potassium is a nutrient that helps the general functions of the plant to perform correctly, it is important for the growth and com- plete tear of the fruit.
